Everything at COLAB is done online and on a flexible schedule. Calls are organized regularly (mostly in the evenings, so that it is convenient for everyone to join), which can be once or several times a week.
As with any business, by joining a startup within COLAB, you become a partial owner. This means you are entitled to a share of the business’s revenue as well as any proceeds from its future sale.
Startups can have an average of 3-5 founders, among whom the shares are divided. Participants can receive 5-50%, depending on the requirements of the specific project, specialization, time allocated, as well as negotiations and other factors.
When joining a startup project, each participant commits to fulfilling all tasks within their professional field in exchange for the share they receive. The specific duties and scope of responsibilities are clearly defined and agreed upon before joining the project.
